1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the nasa11b website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any software or services provided under the nasa11b brand at nasa11b.net.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nasa11b platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the nasa11b registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Player's nasa11b account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), which is used to place wagers and receive winnings.
• "Games" refers collectively to all casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, jackpot bingo sessions, and sports betting markets available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback amounts, or loyalty rewards credited to a Player's account by nasa11b pursuant to an active promotion.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission, required under applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using accepted payment methods (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or Crypto) that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from Bonus Funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on nasa11b, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through any Game available on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the nasa11b Platform regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access it. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the nasa11b Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and nasa11b governing your use of the Platform.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on nasa11b, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation in casino-style online gaming in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations is 21. nasa11b strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is legally permitted. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be employed by nasa11b, any of its affiliated entities, or any software provider whose games appear on the Platform, nor may you be a close family member of any such employee.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the nasa11b platform tools or imposed externally through PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a prior nasa11b account closed due to violations of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on nasa11b at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different email addresses, different device profiles, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, a valid and accessible email address, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying nasa11b immediately through in-platform support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Ensuring that your account details remain current and accurate — particularly your contact email and linked payment method.

nasa11b will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to nasa11b support immediately.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & KYC Verification

nasa11b accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Crypto. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank typically clear within 15 to 30 minutes, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player must complete nasa11b's KYC verification procedure by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically clear within 1–3 hours of approval;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically clear within 1–3 business days;
• Crypto withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times;
• nasa11b reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

All funds deposited to nasa11b are held in segregated player accounts separate from the operational funds of the Platform. nasa11b does not use player funds for any operational purpose.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

nasa11b offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms at the time of issuance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus funds not wagered within the specified period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• nasa11b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Loyalty Program points are accrued based on real-money wagers placed across all Games. Points cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or converted to cash directly — they must be redeemed through the mechanisms specified in the Loyalty Program terms.

nasa11b reserves the right to withhold bonus payouts or reverse credited bonus amounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using prohibited software to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures.

7 Game Rules, RNG, & Fair Play

All Games available on the nasa11b platform — including slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms, jackpot bingo sessions, and sports betting — are governed by game-specific rules that are accessible within each game or game category on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each Game before placing a wager.

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, bingo) use certified Random Number Generator technology. RNG certifications are conducted by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of all prior outcomes. nasa11b does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers via live video stream. Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) and are not subject to RNG software.
• Sports betting odds are set by nasa11b's odds-compiling team and are subject to change up until the event market is closed. Bets accepted prior to an odds change are honored at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, nasa11b will endeavor to resolve the session and credit any winnings due. Where a session cannot be recovered, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to the Player's account.
• In the case of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the Player's screen and the server-side game record, the server-side record shall be considered definitive.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nasa11b platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place wagers on the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or mathematical errors in game configurations for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event available for betting on the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of the Platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward nasa11b staff or other Platform users;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to circumvent eligibility requirements.

nasa11b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to withhold or forfeit any balance — including Real Money Balance — associated with such an account where the balance is found to have been accrued through prohibited means. nasa11b will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory investigations arising from prohibited conduct on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the nasa11b Platform — including but not limited to the nasa11b brand name, logo, visual design, user interface layouts, written content, game graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of nasa11b or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without the prior written consent of nasa11b;
• Use any nasa11b trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written authorization;
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's design, software, or content;
• Use data-scraping tools, crawlers, or automated processes to extract data from the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nasa11b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events;
• Financial losses arising from decisions made based on information provided on the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party service failures.

nasa11b's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their nasa11b account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

nasa11b collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered Players in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations promulgated by the National Privacy Commission. The full details of how nasa11b collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data are set out in the nasa11b Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

By registering on nasa11b, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data provided during registration and KYC is used for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and account management;
• Transaction data is processed for payment facilitation and AML compliance purposes;
• nasa11b does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

12 Responsible Gaming

nasa11b is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment, and nasa11b acknowledges that a minority of players may experience difficulties maintaining control over their gaming behavior. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every registered player account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

nasa11b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority;
• Extended periods of account inactivity, as defined in nasa11b's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Player breach of these Terms, nasa11b reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account if that balance was accrued through prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days of the account closure date.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts in good standing may do so at any time by contacting nasa11b customer support through the in-platform live chat.

14 Amendments to These Terms

nasa11b reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, nasa11b will provide notice to registered Players through one or more of the following methods: an in-platform notification displayed upon login, an email notification sent to the registered email address on the Player's account, or a notice posted on the nasa11b homepage.

The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact nasa11b through the in-platform customer support channel and allow a reasonable period of no fewer than 30 calendar days for nasa11b to address and attempt to resolve your complaint. nasa11b is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaint resolution process.

Where a dispute relates to the regulatory compliance of nasa11b's operations, Players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR, which serves as the primary regulatory authority for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players.
